These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trovashop website, applications, APIs, browser extensions, AI assistant integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Trovashop (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Trovashop is a fashion deal discovery and price intelligence platform that monitors prices across retailers and provides personalized recommendations. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or extended inactivity.
Prices, availability, stock, and product details shown on the Service are sourced from retailers, affiliate feeds, and our own verification systems, and are provided for informational purposes only. Despite our verification efforts, information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and may change between our last check and your purchase. Always confirm final price, availability, and terms on the retailer's site before buying. All purchases are made from third-party retailers under their own terms; we are not a party to those transactions.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Current plans, pricing, and included features are described on our Pricing page and may change from time to time; changes apply prospectively to subsequent billing periods. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If a free trial is offered, its terms will be presented at signup; we may modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
Trovashop participates in affiliate programs and may earn commission on purchases made through links on the Service. This does not affect the price you pay.
You agree not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service except through documented APIs and within published limits; circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls; use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; resell or redistribute Service data without our written permission; or interfere with other users' use of the Service.
API and AI-assistant access is provided subject to these Terms and any posted usage limits or documentation. We may modify, limit, suspend, or revoke API access at any time. You are responsible for how AI assistants or applications you connect use data obtained through your account.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as boards, notes, suggestions, and feedback). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating, improving, promoting, and developing the Service. Feedback and suggestions may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
The Service, including its software, design, data compilations, models, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to you in the Service or its content.
The Service links to and integrates with third-party websites and services (including retailers, payment processors, and AI platforms) that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT INFORMATION (INCLUDING PRICES, AVAILABILITY, AND RECOMMENDATIONS) WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. YOU AND TROVASHOP WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above and, where appropriate, additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
